The Multiply Programme helps employees build confidence with numbers for life and work. It is aimed at giving people the numeracy skills they need to progress in their careers and secure well paid jobs. This benefits employers looking to upskill their workforce and it is of note that seven in ten employers report a range of benefits including improvements in the quality of work by staff, followed by the speed of work and productivity.

All Multiply initiatives, offers and courses are fully funded and flexible to limit pressures on existing commitments. The programme includes a wide variety of offers, initiatives and courses from drop in sessions, to short term intensive courses to full length qualifications.

This £560 million programme is being provided to help transform the lives of hundreds of thousands of adults across the UK. Plymouth will receive £1.3m from 2022 to 2025 and will be supporting over 600 individuals annually.
