Our Youth Hub supports 16 to 24-year-olds to engage in opportunities for skills, training, education, careers and jobs in Plymouth, and to help us expand our face-to-face delivery to five days a week, we are recruiting a second Youth Hub Coordinator to join Rhianne.
We are seeking a proactive and motivated individual with a genuine passion for helping young people thrive.
The ideal candidate will have:
excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with young people, partners, and stakeholders
experience or awareness of post-16 opportunities in Plymouth, with a commitment to supporting youth employment and employability skills
strong administrative skills, including experience in tracking progress, developing case studies, and completing skills action plans.
This role is funded for 12 months for 2.5 days a week, offering a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact by working closely with the existing team and local partners.
As Youth Hub Coordinator, you will:
support young people to access training, education, employment, and career opportunities
track and monitor individual progress and outcomes, ensuring continued engagement and success
collaborate with key partners and service providers to deliver high-quality support
