This Friday, join the staff of City College Plymouth at their Kings Road campus between 10am and 1pm to explore all of the opportunities they have on offer this September.
City College Plymouth prides itself on being a college for both skills and for caring about student health and wellbeing. The staff want to make sure there are no barriers to your success so at this event will have support teams on hand to help with mental health, support healthy lifestyles, offer advice on funding and finances, and will try to make coming to College as easy as possible with things like free travel between the College and city centre, an onsite foodbank, free period products, a breakfast scheme, and more.
Whether you are aged 16 or 60, City College is open to all who are committed to acquiring new skills for employment, higher education, or even just for you. With full and part-time study options available, from entry to full degree level, there is something for everyone. You can also speak to their Careers team if you have no idea what it is you want to do, and our Apprenticeships team will also be available to talk you through their latest vacancies.
The open day on Friday 26 August is open to all, not just those who are due to receive their GCSEs the day before. Those of you who are receiving GCSEs this year though please do be reassured, the College are on hand to offer advice, whatever the outcome.
