City College Plymouth hosting its first Online Open Week

City College Plymouth is to host its first Online Open Week from Monday 19 October to Saturday 24 October.

Coinciding with Colleges Week, the virtual event will take a look at different subject areas each day, building up to a large ‘Access All Areas’ event on Saturday. Open to prospective students of all ages, the online content will take you through the different courses offered at the College, and participants can hear from lecturers, current students, alumni and employers linked to that particular industry. Brand-new video footage and 360 photo technology will give participants the chance to tour the College’s state-of-the-art facilities without having to leave the sofa.

Content will be available between 8am and 8pm each day. A series of helpful video topics such as funding, learning support, English and maths and a message from the College’s Principal will be available all week.

As the content is password protected, those wishing to access this content will need to register via cityplym.ac.uk/events. Saturday’s Access All Areas event will enable prospective students to speak to support teams live via the College’s web chat facility.

Whether you’re a 15 to 18-year-old considering a full-time course or an Apprenticeship; someone thinking about progressing onto a university-level course or returning to learning via our part-time provision for adults, there is guaranteed to be something for everyone.
