Ahimsa is a charity that work with individuals exhibiting abusive behaviours towards partners and family members.
Their programme Inside Out is a service specifically for young people aged 16-25, living within Plymouth City Council boundaries.
It takes courage to admit to yourself that you have a problem with abusive behaviour, and to seek the help that you need to change it. Ahimsa aim to support you, step by step. They will help you develop the skills required to relate in a non abusive, more loving way in all of your relationships.
Inside Out are holding drop in sessions, along with video whatsapp sessions for those who would like to talk confidentially about living with abusive behaviours, or being abusive towards family members.
It might be that you don’t recognise traits, but you feel that something is wrong. These sessions will enable you to speak to a counsellor, and discuss your concerns in more detail.
When: Monday 5 June 2023
Time: 9.30 – 2.30pm
