Skills Launchpad Plymouth reopens for face-to-face support with signposting for skills, training, careers and jobs on the first floor of Barclays Bank in the city centre from Monday 6 January, between 10am and 2pm, but if you are job seeking, looking to upskill or change careers, there's support you can access today through our localised online resources:

Want to arrange a 1:1 appointment for the new year?

We invite people aged 16+ to drop in between Monday and Thursday, 10am and 2pm, but in the new year it can be busy. To book ahead, sign up as a member here, and one of our Coordinators will contact you to arrange a pre-booked appointment. ​

Supporting the events will be representatives from Plymouth’s sector skills partnerships for construction and the built environment (Building Plymouth), health and social care (Caring Plymouth) and the tourism, hospitality and retail sectors (Welcoming Plymouth) as well as variety of different employers and support agencies including the National Careers Service, to help those attending plan their next steps.  ​​​​
