All About You

Right now, how are you feeling?

How are you feeling? And that’s not just meaningless words, we’re asking because we do care and recognise the pressures that can impact our lives and in so many different ways.

It can be hard to admit the huge effect that life events or circumstances can have on us mentally, as well as socially and economically. Perhaps you feel you can’t cope or see a way forward, let alone plan confidently for a positive future for yourself and your family.

You aren’t alone. Many of us are feeling scared, confused, overwhelmed and isolated. But help is out there and admitting you need it and reaching out to someone is the first step to getting things back on a positive track.

Part of having an thriving local economy means ensuring the positive mental wellbeing of our people and supporting them to feel ready and safe to play their part, moving forwards.

Locally and nationally there are some amazing organisations dealing with just the sort of issues you may be experiencing.

And remember you are not alone, real help is out there, you just need to reach out and take it….
